Mamaw, Aunt Linda, Hannah Jo, Jase and Momma all went to see the Disney Princesses on Ice Show. Saturday morning at 11 am. It was a great show and we really enjoyed the morning. Hannah Jo loved it. She still talks about the dragon and fire!! Jase wanted to run around and chase all of the Princesses!! :-)

Hannah Jo got to go bowling for the first time. Momma's work had a Big Brothers Big Sister fund raiser. She had a blast!! She was able to use a yellow ball. So she was so happy!!! Before Dance Class Hannah Jo enjoyed playing in the puddles. Momma got her some new rain boats in Wheeling and she had her rain coat on. She looked so cute!! Meg got her the adorable coat last year and it still fits so she really had a great time!!

Hannah Jo celebrated her 3rd birthday with her purple pal Barney!! Barney stopped by for a quick visit and Hannah Jo was so surprised. At first she was so happy to see him. But this was from a distance. She didn't want to be near him but loved that he was here. She did warm up and give him a high five and blew him a kiss. Also we had yellow she this is her favorite color. Ms. Edie gave her the yellow Barney shirt. Which she has wore with so much pride today. She even showed the shirt off to a strange in Wal-Mart.

Little Ms. Hannah Jo is almost 3 years old. I really can't believe it. She amazes me more and more everyday. She has a great personality and is a happy girl. She loves her little brother so much. She enjoys coloring and playing with her brother.

She goes to dance class once a week and is going to play soccer this spring.

Terrible Three's Around the Corner

Last Saturday August 28th Ms. Hannah Jo was a little ****. The terrible threes are here. It first started whinning like a little baby when Aunt Jill took her and Jase for a wagon ride. Then Saturday it just got worse. She broke the gate at the bottom of the stairs. She kicked it over. She was supposed to be taking a nap upstairs in the extra bedroom because she pee peed in her bed the night before. Well I went upstairs to find her color with markers in the playroom. She colored her horse and thank God that was all. Then we all packed up and went to the mall. Hannah Jo did not have a nap so she was a bear. She cried at the Disney Store and Daddy got her three treats!!! Then we were in the mall talking to our friends the Durbins. She was in teh double stroller with Jase. Jase is a sleep and then starts screaming...we are not sure what happened. But we know she had something to do with it.
Then we were leaving the mall in the truck and she says, "Momma I have to pee pee"??. I say we just got in the truck can you hold it until we get home...she says yes then two mins later.....I am wet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH Jason was so mad. She wet herself and her carseat and the truck seat. Not a way to finish off the night.

The next morning she was happy as can be!!! :-) We were all playing on the floor and she comes over to me and says..."I love you so much"!!! Now how can I be mad at that!!! :-)

We had a great time over the Memorial Day holiday!! We stayed right here in our back yard. We got a family pool and loved it. The water was cold but Hannah Jo didn't mind. She had a blast both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday morning she woke up and the first thing she asked was when she could go swimming. It was so cute. We went to a cook out at Tony, Susie, and Cooper's house. We had a great time!!

We had our friends from Madisonville in town for the weekend. They have to adorable little boys Peyton and Cooper. They are 5 and 18 months old. Hannah Jo had a blast playing with them both. A funny moment was when Peyton said…”Hannah Jo why don’t you chase me for awhile”. It was so cute!!!

Hannah Jo’s Elmo theme carried over to Ms. Edie’s house as well. She had a party with all of her friends. They enjoyed a cookie cake with yummy icing and ice cream. Jase and Mommy also attended and had a great time. Here are a few pictures of the birthday party.

Hannah Jo had an Elmo birthday party. It was a very small family party and it was perfect. Mommy made the Elmo cake and Aunt Linda and Aunt Jill decorated the cake. It was really cute and very tasty!! We also had mini ham and chicken salad sandwiches, buffalo chicken dip and chips!!

Here are a few pictures of her eating her cake. She sang Happy to you all day to herself. It was so cute!! She leaves out the birthday!! She blew out her candle twice before we finished Happy Birthday so Daddy lighted the candle again. She ate her piece of cake then was off.

Jase Henry Rogers has arrived. He arrived on Monday January 25th at 4:11 am. He weighed 9lbs and 3 oz and 22 inches long. He is happy and healthly and I am so excited he is here. At first I didn't want much to do with him but now I love kissing him on the back of his head or his hand.

Zhu Zhu Pet!!

Mamaw happen to be at the right Target at the right time before Christmas and picked up a Zhu Zhu pet for Hannah Jo. At first she wasn't sure about it. It runs great at Mamaw's house on her wooden floor. So we took it up there on Saturday. Mamaw said she laughed for hours at Hannah Jo and Oscar. That has become his name!! When Oscar got stuck Hannah Jo would yell, "Stuck Mamaw, Stuck!!" and she wouldn't touch him. Last night she finally got over her fear and was loving him. Here is a video of it. Too funny!!!

Family Picture!! Smile!!

This is a very special choochoo train. This train belonged to Jason's Dad. Jason remembers this train under their Christmas Tree when he was a little boy. Jason took the train to a train shop here in town and got it fixed. Jason cleaned up the train, got some new track and it is running great now. Hannah Jo loves to be the conductor of the train. Jason lets her blow the whistle!!

Hannah Jo and I were invited to a Gingerbread House party!! Paige invited us down to decorate houses and cookies. Hannah Jo had an awesome time!! Her and her new friends got a long so well. Southern Lights Fun!!

On Sunday night after Thanksgiving we went to see the lights at Southern Lights!! We had so much fun!! This is a great kid attraction. Plus I think we went at the perfect time. It wasnt' freezing cold plus not really busy. Hannah Jo got to enjoy all the lights while Daddy drove us all through the displays. Then we watched Trevor ride a camel!! Very cool. Hannah Jo loved to feed the animals at the Petting Zoo. She loved feeding them carrots and that mix. Plus we saw some kangaroos!!

Heather Durbin invited me out on Sunday afternoon to a baby fair!! It was so much fun!! It was sponsored by Central Baptist Hospital and was a great time. Here are a few pics from our afternoon and our pregnant Baby Bumps!! They are having a boy too and he will be about a month younger than our lil man!! We are so excited because they will get to grow up together!!

What to do?? I was very much on the fence about this vaccine. I never could get a straight answer from anyone. Until my Dr. appointment with Dr. Elkinson. I asked her and she immediately said get the shot because the anti-bodies will be passed on to your lil guy when he gets here and he can’t be vaccinated. BINGO!!! Just want I needed to hear.

On Saturday November 7th, Jason left to cheer on the Cats, Hannah Jo and Mommy picked up Mamaw and headed to Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School. We arrived at 10:55 in a line that wrapped around the back side of the school. We almost left but figured it was such a nice day. Lets see how fast the line moves. Hannah Jo loved being outside. I chased her all around while Mamaw stood in line in our place. Thank goodness for Mawaw!! We waited outside for an hour then got inside and had to wait another hour. It was crazy!! I even asked if they had a special Pregger Line. They told me NO!!! Oh well. We had a great 2 hours of playing!! Of course inside Hannah Jo made more new friends and chased them around the gym. We got our shots and then off for some lunch!! We were starving!!

Hannah Jo had so much fun at Molly Branham’s 2nd birthday party at Boyd’s Orchard. She loved seeing all of her friends and playing in the inflatable train, on the playground, sliding down the slide and the petting zoo. Cory’s little girl Corrine fell in love with Hannah Jo. It was so cute!! She would help her with the rides and was saying, “Come on Hannah Jo”. So sweet!! J

Halloween was so much fun this year. I may dress up every year with my children. Hannah Jo and I had a wonderful time. Despite the chilly night we had so much fun. We stopped over at Ryan's house and he and his Mommy were Elmo. It was soo cute!! Veronica nor I knew the other was dressing up but also matching our kids!! We also had a Thing 1 and Thing 2 plus Abby!!

We also stopped by Uncle Randy and Aunt Tammy's house!! Can you tell who they are!! Hannah Jo did not like Uncle Randy's costume. She was scared of him. She was so excited to see her buddy Trevor though!!

Hannah Jo was a clown for her second Halloween and so was her Daddy a little over 30 years ago. Aunt Linda made this costume for Jason when he was 16 months old and was celebrating his 2nd Halloween. Mamaw kept the costume all these years and it was passed on to Hannah Jo. She looked so adorable in the outfit. Aunt Linda made her a wig and hat to wear with the outfit. She didn't do very good keeping it on. But it is so cute too!!

A friend in the neighborhood Cheryl came down and took these pictures for us. Hannah Jo will not look for me but Cherly did an awesome job of capturing our lil clown. Thank you so much!! I really appreciate you taking the time to do this for us.

I hope everyone has a great Halloween!! We are heading out to Trick or Treat in a few. Our lil clown will be back at it and her Mommy is taking part in the fun too!!! I will post pictures!!

Fall Festival Fun!!

We took Hannah Jo to Crossroads Church Fall Festival on Thursday evening. She had a great time. She played games, rode a pony, lets us take a family picture, and visited with some friends from the neighborhood that were there. Here are some of the pictures!!

Hannah Jo is now a big girl. She has moved from her baby bed to a toddler bed. She loves it. Here Daddy put it together yesterday and Mommy got her new room all set up. She slept in her new bed all night long..well sort of. At 1am Jason and I heard her and the bottom 1/2 of her body was hanging over the edge. It was so cute..so Jason got up and put her back in her bed. Then about 10 mins later she rolled her little leg over the rail and I went up and put her back straight. Then this morning I woke up and didn't see her in the monitor. I was like where did she go? Then I saw what must have been her toy and was like oh there she is!!! Then

when I went into her room to wake her up for the day..she was laying over to the right of her dresser on the floor. All curled up in a ball. It was so cute!! Not sure if she was trying to escape or not!! :-)

Hi Momma!!

Today when I went to pick Hannah Jo from Ms. Edie's house after work she was at the top of the stairs as soon as I walked into the front door. She saw me and said, Hi Momma!! In the most exciting voice I have ever heard her say my name in. I was so excited. My heart melted. Hannah Jo says, "Hi Dadda" all the time when Jason comes into the room so I was so excited when she said my name.

Plus she is doing so good leaving Ms. Edie's house. I used to have to pull her out kickin' and screaming because she didn't want to go home (no that bad) but now she walks all the way out to the car by herself. If Chase her lil man is leaving she is right behind him. They are so cute together.

Hannah Jo is a huge blessing in our lives. She makes us so happy!! She is so full of joy and happiness and her big blue eyes are so sweet!!

Pumpkin Picking!!

Yesterday we headed out to our favorite pumpkin stand to get some pumpkins. We always go to a family owned place on Winchester Road. The family sets up a road side stand and they have lots to choose from. Hannah Jo was so cute!! She loved to play in the big boxes of pumpkins. She even made a friend. The little boy who owns the place was telling her no you can't put that there. Hannah Jo was picking up pumpkins and moving them off to stand and on to the ground about 5 feet away. It was so cute!! He kept telling her no..you can't do that!!
